Abstract:
To quickly calculate compensation for site clearance, the article builds an automatic calculation tool using Python programming language, experimenting on the inter-commune road Thi Tran - Thoi Tam Thon, Hoc Mon district. The results of the project to expand and upgrade this road using the tool show that the compensation area is quickly determined, at the same time, the compensation area, compensation money and statistics of recovery value according to each type of land are processed and calculated automatically. In which, the total compensation amount is 49.5 billion VND with 5256.9m2 of urban land (ODT), rural land (ONT) and perennial land (CLN). On the other hand, the article also builds a land compensation value map showing that most of the compensation ranges from 500 million to 2 billion but is mainly concentrated in the Hoc Mon Town area due to the high urbanization rate. Thereby. demonstrate the effectiveness of the GPMB compensation calculation tool and clearly see the important role of GIS in the decision support process in land management and urban construction management
